You can prepare for 3 road styles in the Soca Valley: -road, -forest and downhill.
Asphalt roads are very winding but are good quality. Leaving the area around our base, you can immediately expect huge up- and downhills. It is worth starting with an ascent because if you are tired the way back will be much easier. Some make the mistake of enjoying easy advancement on the slopes offered by the mountains and rolling relatively farther. But remember, in this case, the difficulty is waiting for you on the way back.
